Our process begins with a detailed assessment of your U.S. immigration and visa needs during an initial consultation. We conveniently offer consultations via telephone or in-office. Should you decide to move forward with our firm we then draft an engagement agreement for signature. The majority of our visa and Green Card services are provided on a flat-fee basis. As such, you will never be caught off guard by an unexpected lawyer's bill.
