EU-based potential clients should use the EU appointment booking link.

Potential clients in the UK and all other locations should use the UK appointment booking link.

Special Booking Requirements for all EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 Visa Consultations

Due to the complexity and time required to assess these matters, potential clients booking a consultation for the EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability), EB-2 (including NIW), and EB-3 visa categories must schedule a one-hour Google Meet video consultation online or arrange a one-hour telephone or in-office consultation by contacting our office directly at info@barellalaw.com.

Booking Policies

Introductory Consultations: Potential clients may book only one introductory consultation. Any additional telephone consultations must be scheduled by contacting our office. Alternatively, follow-up Google Meet consultations can be booked online.

Incorrect Bookings: If an appointment is booked using the wrong link, it will need to be cancelled and refunded, minus any applicable processing fee.

Refunds: Once paid, consultation fees are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule a consultation less than one business day before the appointment will incur a rescheduling fee. Requests to reschedule a missed appointment will require payment of the full consultation fee. Consultations must be scheduled within three (3) months of the payment date.

Barella Global reserves the right to adjust the consultation fee or bill an additional fee where appropriate. This may apply if the matter discussed is unusually complex, requires significantly more time than scheduled, or presents facts indicating that additional professional review is necessary.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these guidelines, as they help us provide the most accurate and efficient service for your needs.
